When the satellite TV service was introduced in mid 1900s, people were using long antennas and aerials to capture the faint signals being emitted from land based TV stations or the repeater towers stationed on high rise buildings, hills or mountains. Email List Rental
We have all heard the hype about fantastic response rates from
email marketing ' and they do exist ' but how do you get them.
Low response rates are a result of cheap, poorly maintained
lists being offered from unscrupulous sources. A good list does
not automatically mean a great response rate ' you have to be

Not too many years ago the only way to get your book published was to send a manuscript to a large publishing house and hope they liked it enough to publish and distribute it. Even then, there was no guarantee of success because the publishing houses did little or nothing to promote a book unless it was written by a well known author or likely to garner some impressive sales.
